David A. Augustyniak, age 76, U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Beloved husband for 33 years to Susan, nee Uloswceh . Father of Danielle (Kevin) Payne, Denise (Stephen) Anderson and Diana (Don) Keller. Loving step-father of Carrie (Mike) Gagen, Tricia Rivera and Tina Kissel. Cherished papa of Ian, Sean, Ryan, Leah, Emma and Ayden. Devoted son of the late Edward and Martha Augustyniak. Dear brother of Gerry (Fran) Augustyniak, Deborah (Joe) Grahovic and Harold (Sandie) Augustyniak.

David worked at Jewel-Osco for 35 years, at Glenn Electric for 15 years and then the last 21 years as an employee at Trader Joe’s. He enjoyed many trips to Las Vegas with Susan.

Visitation Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 1-3 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
