Darlene A. Riordon

Darlene Ann Riordon, nee Ohlenbusch, age 54, lost her battle with breast cancer on October 18, 2011. She grew up in the Roseland area of Chicago, but was a long-time resident of Orland Park, IL. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Dorothy (nee Klimowski) Ohlenbusch. Darlene leaves behind her best friend and caregiver, Richard VanDam. Loving sister of Dennis Ohlenbusch. Dear aunt of James and Joseph Ohlenbusch. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family and will be remembered for her dignity and strength through her journey and by her great sense of humor and kindness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation. Her family and friends will celebrate her life with a Memorial Service at a later date.
