Daniel Thomas Uelman, Jr., age 74, U.S. Navy Veteran. Beloved husband for 37 years to Judy L. Uelman, nee Hanrahan. Loving father of Deborah (Ed) Donnelly, Daniel III (Donna), Michelle Tucker and Jason (Marcie). Cherished grandfather of Cory (Katie) Fischer, Raymond (fiancée Andrea) Beck, Cody (Kristin) Tucker, Emily Uelman, Ethan Uelman, Caiden Uelman and Hailey Uelman. Dearest great-grandfather of five. Fond brother of Donna (Rudy) Walter, David (Nancy) Uelman and the late Robert (late Linda) Uelman. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Dan retired from Acme Steel after 42 years of service.
Visitation Sunday, May 28, 2017, 2-7 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital appreciated.
