Daniel Howard Swift, age 15.

Graduate of Keller Gifted Magnet and a sophomore at Lindblom High School.

Beloved son of Daniel CFD (Traci Hill CFD) and Ericka Swanson Swift.

Loving brother of Isabel Marie and Fiona Catherine.

Cherished grandson of Howard & Jean (nee Horn) Swanson and Kathleen (nee Griffin) & the late Robert Swift.

Adored nephew to many aunts and uncles.

Dear cousin to Nickolas, Sophia, Alexandra, Christos Dimas, Dezeray (Dylan) Divit, Joey, Robert, Michelle Swift, Molly, Jerry, Max, Grace, John, James, Jane, the late Veronica Swift , Jack, Ellie Witowski, Anthony and Sophia Bakopoulos.

Visitation Tuesday October 8th 3:00-9:00pm at St. Barnabas Church 10134 S. Longwood Drive Chicago. Family and friends to gather Wednesday October 9th directly at St. Barnabas Church for Mass at 11:00am.

Interment private. Daniel was a lover of Architecture and a proud 2nd year participant in I-NOMA Design Build.
