Daniel De Leeuw

Daniel J. "Dan" De Leeuw, age 38, beloved son of Jean (nee Schutt) and the late Dwight J. De Leeuw (2020). Loving brother of Renee De Leeuw and Catherine De Leeuw. Cherished uncle of Dominic. Dearest nephew of John (Barb) Schutt and Ray (Laura) Schutt. Dan was a former student at Elim Christian School. He played volleyball for the 2003 Special Olympics in Ireland.

Visitation Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 2-5 PM at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Due to the unfortunate circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and for the safety of the family and community, a private Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel. While this service is limited to Dan's immediate family, a live-stream will be available.
