Daniel B. Clark, age 80, proud U.S. Navy Veteran. Beloved husband for 56 years to Linda S., nee Stacho. Loving father of Carrie (Michael) Chrostek, Danielle (David) Allphin and Amanda (John) Clark Reed. Cherished grandfather of Benjamin, Sophia, Josephine, Roland and Elliott. Preceded in death by his parents Rachel Ross Clark and William C. Clark. Dear brother of Russell (Kerry) Clark and the late Thomson (Rose) Clark and Darrell (Angela Jones) Clark. Kind son-in-law of Tresa Nothnagel and the late John M. Stacho. Fond brother-in-law of Jane (late Seamus) Brennan, Nancy (Tom) Hannon, John (Wendy) Stacho and the late Donna Stacho. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Also preceded in death by his beloved chihuahua Buttercup.

Daniel loved going bowling and spending time with his granddogs, Buddy and Jovie. He enjoyed bike rides and walks with his wife, Linda. Each November, he looked forward to going to his children and grandchildren’s schools on Veterans Day. The holidays were especially important to him. He liked cooking and was well known for his delicious French toast. Daniel also loved slowing down with his family, enjoying a cup of coffee at the kitchen table and sharing time and conversation that meant the world to him.

Visitation Monday, August 3, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service 6:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
