Cynthia I. Close

Cynthia I. Close, 62, late of Tinley Park, after an illness.  Beloved daughter of Morton and Phyllis.  Cherished sister of Rita (Donato) Arredondo and the late Ruth Rosenberg. Fond aunt of 7 nieces and nephews and 5 great-nieces and nephews.  Cynthia was a very kind, loving and generous person- a person who could make friends anywhere. She loved her family fiercely and her nieces and nephews were not just that, but like her own kids. Cynthia loved to travel, music, reading and dancing.  She loved watching the family grow through weddings and children being born. She always ensured the bird feeder was full and watching the birds feed was something she loved to do. She was most satisfied by fulfilling her passion to cook meals and feed her family. Cynthia was also an amazing baker, and Cynthia constantly showed her family love by baking them treats. Memorial visitation to be announced at a later date.
