Craig Cole

Craig Cole, 61 years passed away peacefully on July 2, 2024, at home in Illinois.  He was born October 16,1962 in Detroit MI to Shelah A. and Omega J. Cole.  He was a 1981 graduate of Hamtramck High School.  Craig attended Heritage Baptist Church in Frankfort, Illinois.  He worked as an over the road truck driver and at Meijer as a warehouse receiving team leader.  Craig lived life with simple pleasures, chatting with friends, caring for animals, and spending time with his family.  He is preceded in death by his father, Shelah Austin Cole.  He is survived by his mother, Omega Cole, daughter, Shannon Cole, grandson, Rielley, sister, Sabrina Affeldt, brother, John Cole (Casey), niece, Emily Wagoner (Austen), nephew, Benjamin Cole and many other family members in Tennessee.  Funeral services will be performed by Ronnie Taylor at graveside on ____at Corinth Cemetery in Cassville, TN.  Arrangements are handled by Maher Funeral Home in Tinley Park, IL and Hunter Funeral Home in Sparta, TN.
