Charlotte Sol

Charlotte R. Sol, nee Ipema, age 87, of Branson, Missouri, formerly of the Chicagoland area, passed away on September 24, 2024. Beloved wife for 47 years to the late Ronald Sol who passed away on September 5, 2024. Loving mother of Cheryl (Larry) Crawley, Raymond Sol, Kevin (Kelly) Sol, and Nicole (Casey) Kerkstra. Cherished grandmother of Megan (Neil), Becky (Tim), Breanna, Abby, Katie (Bill), Jimmy and Marie. Dearest great-grandmother of Jackson, Steven, Liam, Skyia and Naomi. Dear sister of Annette (late Peter) Kamp, Bernice (late James) Schaver, Edward (Vicki) Ipema, Kenneth (Joyce) Ipema, Alvin (late Joan) and preceded in death by her siblings Henry E. (late Annamae), Evelyn and Harry (late Ann) Ipema. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Charlotte was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord with all her heart. She cherished playing games and spending time with loved ones. Sharing a meal together with family was one of her favorite simple pleasures. Charlotte’s adventurous spirit took her traveling to many places and everyone knew about her love for dogs. Her kind heart and unwavering faith will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 2-7 PM. Funeral Service Monday, October 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
