Charles Jindra

April 2, 1927 — May 9, 2021

Charles T. "Charlie" Jindra, Jr., age 94, WWII Merchant Marine Veteran and US Army Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Rita, nee Neckar (2010). Loving father of Michael Jindra and Mary Jo (Kevin) Doyle. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Nicholas, and Kylee Jindra; Dylan Doyle, Erin (David) Medlin, Liam, Vaughn, Logan, and the late Shane Doyle. Dear brother of the late Robert Jindra. Charlie was a retired Berwyn Police Officer and member of Bremen VFW Post 2791.

Family and friends are invited to meet at the entrance of Good Shepherd Cemetery, 16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467 on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for a Graveside Service with Military Honors.
