Cecelia B. Marshall, nee Dzielawa, age 86, beloved wife of the late John L. (2002). Loving mother of John D. Ret. CPD (Patricia Ret. CPD), Robert (Joyce), and Patricia (Dale) Dalrymple. Cherished grandmother of Tracy Marshall, Shannon Marshall, Heather (Josh) Resnick, Brian (Kim) Marshall, Rachel (Brian) Ixcaragua, Rebecca Dalrymple and the late Jeffrey Marshall. Dearest great-grandmother of five and great-great grandmother of one. Survived by her brother Ted Jalava and preceded in death by seven siblings. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
