Catherine Majeske

Catherine M. "Cathy" Majeske, nee Breen, age 82, beloved wife for 59 years to Ken E. Majeske. Loving mother of Keith (Nancy) Majeske and Dawn (Patrick) Birmingham. Cherished grandmother of Sara, Lauren and Kayla Birmingham. Dearest sister of Tom (Gail) Breen, Robin (David) Bell and the late Michael (Molly) Breen. Dear sister-in-law of the late Gloria (Pat) Heidmann. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Cathy was a dedicated teacher of 34 1/2 years of service at Morgan Park High School. She was also a board member of the Ridge Historical Society. Cathy loved to bake Christmas cookies, go shopping, dine out and spend time at the beach--especially at Beverly Shores.

Visitation Sunday, January 1, 2023, from 1-6 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment private.
