Carolyn Marie Phillips, nee Walker, age 66, of Gates, Tennessee passed away on May 1, 2015 in Hazel Crest, Illinois. Loving mother of Emery (Tonya) Phillips, Jr. and Granville "Gene" (Paula) Phillips. Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Mariah, Jesse, and William. Dearest great-grandmother of Cameron and Cole. Devoted daughter of the late Inez and Floyd Thompson. Dear sister of Patricia Chalis, Reginald Walker, Gene Walker, Virginia Walker and the late James Walker. Fond aunt of several nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Sunday, May 24, 2015 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at Maury City Church of Christ, 6792 Highway 88, Maury City, TN 38050. Burial Service at 3:00 p.m. at Archer Chapel Cemetery, 356 Archer's Chapel Road, Halls, TN 38040.
