Carolyn Magnuson

Carolyn Magnuson, age 70, beloved daughter of the late Carl and Martha Magnuson. Loving sister of Wayne and Marybeth, Glenn, Scott and Christine. Dearest aunt of Christopher, Nicole, Jennifer, and Jon. Fond cousin of all Johnson and Marshall families.

Carolyn began her career in education teaching high school English in Chicago, and then coordinated behavioral health services in Salt Lake City, UT. Carolyn held many interests which included reading poetry and classic literature. In her younger years she enjoyed the outdoors and savoring the cuisine of the western states. She would later reside in Utah, Arizona and California. Her Christian faith and spending time with family were most important to her.

Visitation Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment private Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
