Carolyn Ann Mattz (nee Kletsch) 84, of Palos Park, formerly of Oak Lawn and Chicago, passed away early Monday morning, February 27th, at home peacefully with family at her side.
Beloved wife of Donald P. Mattz.
Loving mother of John and Marie Mooney, David and Beverly Mooney, and Vicki and Paul Jensen.
Dear Grandmother of Bryan (Erin), Kristin, Joseph, Clara Mooney, and Jenny and Phillip Jensen.
Visitation Thursday from 3 PM to 9 PM at The Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Avenue Tinley Park 60477. Funeral Friday 8:30 AM from the Maher Funeral Home to Our Lady of the Woods Catholic Church for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
