Carolyn J. (Kania) Bolam

Carolyn J. Bolam (nee Kania), 83, late of Tinley Park, formerly of Chicago, passed away peacefully with family at her bedside on March 29th, at South Suburban Hospital after an illness. Beloved daughter of her late parents Walter and Josephine (nee England). Cherished wife of the late Dale S. Bolam. Devoted mother of Chuck (Cindi) Patula. Visitation Friday, April 11th., 3-8pm. Funeral Saturday, 9:15am prayers at the funeral home processing to St. George Church for a 10:00 Mass. Interment Chapel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
