Carol J. McCrory, nee Krout, age 76, beloved wife for 53 years to Donald G. McCrory. Loving mother of Glen (Monica) McCrory and Dale (Holly) McCrory. Cherished grandmother of Cade and Amiyah; Aiden, Caleb, Elias and Anna. Dear sister of Doris McKinzie, Lloyd Krout and the late Claude Krout, Judith Ann Krout, Charles Krout and Kenneth Krout. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

A woman of deep faith, Carol's relationship with Jesus Christ was at the center of her life. Her commitment to her beliefs was evident in the way she served her family with unwavering dedication and excellence. Carol's acts of kindness, compassion, and selflessness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Carol J. McCrory's presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of faith, love, and family will continue to inspire all those whose lives she touched. She will be remembered for her joyful spirit in the midst of trouble and her love of music. As we remember and celebrate her life, let us carry forward her values and the lessons she taught us through her actions and her love.

Visitation Monday, August 28, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Oak Lawn Bible Church, 9435 S. 54th Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. Additional Visitation Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
