Carol Alkema, age 68, went home to heaven on April 2, 2020. Beloved daughter of the late Paul and Mary Alkema. Loving step-daughter of the late Ann Alkema. Dearest sister of Karen (Tom) DeYoung, Barbara (David) Vander Woude and the late Paul Alkema. Cherished aunt of seven and great-aunt of seven.
Due to current circumstances, there will be a private family service and a private burial at Oak Hill Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
