Dr. Carlos Diaz-Albertini Dds

Dr. Carlos Diaz-Albertini DDS, age 53, of Scottsdale Arizona, formerly of the Frankfort/Mokena area passed away suddenly Tuesday September 25th. Carlos was affectionately known as “Pepito” to those that loved him.  Dr. Diaz was known for his endodontic practice in Palos Heights. Beloved and devoted husband of Lisa nee Laurenkus for over 13 years. Loving father of Lauren and Alexis and proud father figure of Dominique and Nikolas Dixon. Dear son of the late Ana Font and late Luis Diaz-Albertini. Dearest brother of Luis and Ana-Maria (Orlando) Benitez.Son-in-law of Chet and Geri Mirus. Brother-in-law of Chad (Kristen) Mirus and Dawn Laurenkus. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Visitation is Sunday September 30th at The Maher Funeral Home 17107 71st Avenue Tinley Park, Illinois 60477 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral will take place Monday morning October 1st. Friends and family asked to meet directly at St. Anthony Catholic Church of Frankfort, 7659 West Sauk Trail Frankfort Illinois, 60423. Morning Visitation from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM in the Church Atrium and the Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will begin at 10:00 AM.  The interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials will be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
