Collins, Jeanne (Jerry) Primozic and Carol (James) Cichocki. Cherished grandmother of Tammy (James) Belavich, Krista (Jay) Haberkorn, Ron Simovic, Jr., James (Michelle) Simovic, Rebecca (Glen) Reichman, Ashley (Thomas) Degutis, Jimmy Cichocki, Madelynn Cichocki, Molly Cichocki and the late Baby Victoria Cichocki. Dearest great-grandmother of 21 and great-great-grandmother of one. Dear sister of Robert (Joyce) Borhauer and the late Mary Lou (late George) Duschene and the late Peggy (George) Bayer. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 3-7 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. Fr. Edward Cronin will have a Prayer Service to begin the Visitation. A Memorial Service with Family Remembrances will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Burial private at Orland Memorial Park Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
