Arthur W. Stout, Jr., age 71, beloved husband for 43 years to the late Starr Ann Stout, nee Gemini. Loving father of Kristen (Michael) Drain and Carolynn (Joseph) Ventimiglia. Cherished grandfather of Katelyn, Michael, Madelyn and the late Joseph. Devoted son of the late Arthur and Leona Stout. Dearest friend, cousin and uncle of many.
