Loving father of Lynne (Rich) Mulder, Debbie (Rick) Ballweber, Jane (Andy) Lanenga, Pat (Jim) Even, Leslie (Phil) Fazio, Art Jr. (Jan) Sluis, and Lori (Neil) Tanis. Cherished grandfather of 21. Dearest great-grandfather of 16. Fond brother of Leonard. Preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters. Memorial Service Saturday, July 14, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at Palos Heights Christian Reformed Church, 7059 W. 127th St., Palos Heights, IL 60463. Interment private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Memorials to Bethshan, 12927 S. Monitor Ave., Palos Heights, IL 60463 preferred.
