Anton Shamoun-Syriani, age 73, cherished husband of Marlene Shamoun-Syriani, nee Manoukian. Loving father of Lana (Osvaldo Lopez) Syriani, Fadi Syriani, Niveen Syriani, and the late Firas Syriani. Proud grandfather of Elaina and Selena Syriani. Dear brother of Saman (late Mary) Syriani and the late Elaine (late Jameel) Keryakos, Elias (late Theresa) Syriani, Mary Syriani, and Odeet Syriani. Dearest uncle of Rose (Gilbert) Chamaa, Sarah (Mazen) Barbari, John E. (Mary) Syriani, Janet Syriani, and John S. Syriani.

Anton was a passionate lover of music, whose talents as a violinist and oud player brought joy to everyone who heard him. A friend to all animals, Anton held a special place in his heart for his beloved dog, Lucky.

Visitation Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 5-9PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Funeral Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 10AM from Colonial Chapel to Our Lady of the Holy Land at Our Lady of the Ridge Church, 10811 Ridgeland Ave., Chicago Ridge, IL. Mass 11AM. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
