Alvin H. Neitzel, age 89, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. Beloved husband for 62 years to Harriet, nee Bulthuis. Loving father of Roger Neitzel, June (Randy) Scholtens and Lynn (Bill) Granz. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Matthew and Kara Scholtens; and Victoria and William Granz. Dear brother of the late Kenneth (late Jeanette) Neitzel. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday, December 15, 2017, 3-8 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. A Memorial Service to celebrate Al's life will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church, 8302 S. Normandy, Burbank, IL.

Prior to the Memorial Service Saturday, December 16, 2017, a Burial Service with Military Honors will take place at Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery, 11333 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. We will meet in the Cemetery parking lot at 9:30 a.m. and will proceed to the grave from there.
