Loving father of Kathleen (Robert “Smiley”) Sopczynski, David (CarolAnn), Thomas (Barbara) and the late James (Linda) and the late Gary (Karen). Cherished grandfather of Michelle, Andrea, Eric, Amanda, Audrey, Nicole, Jeremy, Beth Ann, Adam, Ricky, Christina, Brandon, Ben, Meredith, Gabby, Lauren and Lyndsey. Dearest great-grandfather of Nathaniel, Cody and Joshua. Fond brother of the late Joseph (late Mary) and the late John. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Member of American Legion, St. John of God Holy Name Society, and Knights of Columbus. Also a devoted Chicago Cubs fan.
