Barb, Dan and Katie, we are praying for you and your family at this time of grief. Barb, even though we didn't know your Dad, we have heard during the service how blessed you were to have such a wonderful, godly man as a father. The service was beautiful, we only wish we could have been there in person to give our sympathy, support and love to all of you. Love, Dale and Joni Hoekstra

Dear Marilyn, Brenda, Barb, Rick and Beth and your families,
We are so sorry for the loss of this dear man, who was husband, father and grandfather, living life with a sense of joy and optimism. He always shared a smile and exuded warmth and care. He is welcomed 'as a good and faithful servant' in his heavenly home! Keeping you in thoughts and prayers today and in the days, weeks and months ahead as his presence will be missed.

In Christ's love,
Rob and Deb (Kerkstra) Rankin

You can't mask a good and caring heart. Rich had it and it was experienced by his friends, near and remote. I felt it and it generates deep respect and appreciation of what God has given to all of us in this dear friend. He left his legacy in the personalities and faith of his extended family through whom he will not be forgotten. I pray for God's incomparable comfort to be given to you to be enabled to joyfully continue your lives in the palpable presence of his absence from you. He will be missed but not forgotten.
Sincerely, your brother in Christ Jesus,
Harold C. Schnyders

Growing up as neighbors with the Wiltjer family was a wonderful thing! Just happened that the kids' ages in both families somewhat lined up so we ended up hanging out together--playing in each other's yards, etc. The one thing that always comes to mind about Mr Wiltjer was his always friendly "hello" & smile, even while working on his VW Beetles! (Not sure how long he owned those Bugs of his, but it seemed like he never owned anything else!) Seeing him in church in the recent past, he still would smile & say "how's it going, Kerk?" I'm sure he will be greatly missed. And I'm sorry that you, as a family, were unable to be with him in those last days. He knows you were there in heart & spirit--and now you can have peace that he is safely in his Heavenly Father's arms. You will all be in our thoughts & prayers in these difficult weeks ahead. Love, Doreen (Kerkstra) Bulthuis & family
