Nancy M. Sommerfeld, nee Woitowitz, age 76, beloved wife for 55 years to Donald Sommerfeld. Loving mother of Donald (Elaine) Sommerfeld, Jr. and Lynea (Michael) Lytle. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Jonathan, Alec, and Garret. Fond sister of John (Dale) Woitowitz, Ruth (Rich) Deschaine, Laura Woitowitz, and the late Donald (Irene) Woitowitz, Robert (late Gloria) Woitowitz, and David Woitowitz. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was devoted to a lifelong regimen of exercise, attending Jazzercise for 37 years. She devoted her entire life for the well being of her family and most of all her four grandchildren.

Visitation Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 3-8 PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Visitation continues Friday, November 1, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6850 W. 159th St., Tinley Park, IL from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
