Obituary for Marilyn J. Holdren (Bope)
Marilyn J. Holdren, nee Bope, age 80, loving mother of Jeri (Ron) Bennett, Jana (Bert) Carr and Jeff (Sandy) Bready. Cherished grandmother of Kelly, Tara, Devin and Sean. Dearest great-grandmother of Connor, Tyler, Alyssa, Adeline, Adaiah and Arrow. Loving companion of 22 years to Fred Sytsma. Preceded in death by her sister Janet Bready.
Marilyn always had a positive attitude and was very independent. She loved flowers and especially loved her ice cream. Marilyn was a faithful member of Calvary Church of Orland Park where she was a long time choir member.
Visitation Thursday, August 29, 2019, 3-8 PM. Funeral Service Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment private.
