Dearest great-grandmother of 15. Dear sister of the late Leo, George, Alice, Mary, Joanne and Adolph. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

A resident of Palos Park for 37 years. Lucille graduated from Gage Park High School in 1942 and immediately went on to complete her nurse’s training at Presbyterian St. Luke’s in Chicago. After staying home to raise her family, she started working on a Medical/Surgical floor at the newly built Palos Community Hospital in 1976 and retired from there in 1994. She followed that by volunteering at the hospital for the next 12 years. She and Lee were very active youth leaders at their churches for many years.
