Lisa Marie Parker, nee Davis, age 51, beloved wife for 25 years to Steve Parker. Loving mother of Emily and Jay. Devoted daughter of Dorothy and the late Leonard Davis. Dear sister of Lena (Frank) Motola, Leonard Jr. (Kristin) Davis and Lori (Eric) Swanson. Fond daughter-in-law of Patricia and the late John "Jay" Parker. Dear sister-in-law of Jeff (Sharon) Parker and Susan (Brent) Ruffner. Loving and thoughtful Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Lisa was a devoted wife and mother. Her children were her best friends and she loved spending time with them and helping them pursue their passions and dreams. She spent many years coaching Emily’s softball team and riding her bike while Jay ran many miles. For 26 years, the Lincoln-Way School District and its students were the recipient of her knowledge, expertise, love and support. She was a skilled and caring educator, who spent many years coaching Mathletes at Lincoln-Way Central.

Lisa loved Star Wars, spending time outdoors, running, and biking. She was an avid puzzle and board game player. She enjoyed shooting sporting clays, horseback riding and attending field trials with her husband Steve. She loved spending time with family most of all. She will be remembered as a kind, caring person, and will be missed by all who had the privilege to know and love her.
