George Koldenhoven, age 91, US Army Korean War Veteran, beloved husband for 63 years to the late Bette Koldenhoven, (nee DeVries). Loving father of Randy (Linda) Koldenhoven, Arnold (Sandy) Koldenhoven, Ken (Linda) Koldenhoven and Beth (Andy) Staes. Proud Papa to 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. George went to be with his Lord on September 29 surrounded by his family and friends. He is also survived by his brother Dean (Ruth) Koldenhoven and his sister Elaine (Wally) Stepinski. He was the brother in law to Arnold and Lois (DeVries) Hoving and Clara DeVries. He was a fond uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service to celebrate George's life will be held at Western Springs Christian Reformed Church, 5140 Wolf Road, Western Springs, IL on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with a time of fellowship to follow. Private interment with Military Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Timothy Christian School or Elim Christian Services.
