Dr. Raymond J.  Morandi Sr.
Dr. Raymond J. Morandi, Sr., Korean War Army Veteran, beloved husband of 43 years to Janice, nee Blough. Loving father of Kristin (David) Pomonis, Carla (Todd) Walters and Raymond II (Megan) Morandi. Cherished grampy of Madisyn, Paige and Nicholas Pomonis; Blake, Kylie and Kayla Walters; Lucca and Taylan Morandi. Devoted son of the late Raymond Peter and Bernice Morandi. Dearest brother of Robert (Syble) Morandi, Carol (Donald) Parker, late Elaine (late Leo) Ostrowski and the late LaVerne (late William) Prystasz. Fond son-in-law of Mary and the late Harold Blough. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Raymond was a Veterinarian, he founded Orland Park Equine Hospital in 1966.

Visitation Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 3-9 p.m. at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Thursday, May 24, 2018, at Chicago First Church of the Nazarene, 12725 Bell Road, Lemont, IL 60439 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:30 a.m.. Entombment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
