Annette W. "Wladzia" Schultz, nee Wojcik, age 84, beloved wife of the late Jerzy "Jurek" Schultz. Loving mother of Peter (Renee VanGinhoven) Schultz and Edward (Ellie) Schultz. Cherished grandmother of Melody, Nikki, Kelsey and Matthew. Dear sister of Janina Toczycki.
