Adrian Troy Hernandez, 15 years old, beloved and precious son of Luis and Alexandra. Loving big brother to Adam and Arabella. Cherished grandson of Gloria Guerra Olguin and Patricio Oyarzun Santibañez and Cynthia Trautsch and the late Raul Hernandez. Dearest great-grandson of Tito Guerra. Dear nephew and cousin. Kind and caring friend to many who always thought of others first.
Adrian was a freshman at Sandburg High School and very active at The Bridge Teen Center. Adrian was a lover of art who enjoyed drawing. Adrian also enjoyed attending Parkview Christian Church with his family regularly.
Visitation Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from 3-7 PM with a Funeral Service to celebrate Adrian's life to follow at 7:00 PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
