Thomas "Thom Cy" Czyzewski, age 61, beloved son of the late Chester and Helen (nee Tomczak) Czyzewski. Loving brother of Stan (Shirley) Czyzewski, Alan (Sally) Czyzewski and Mary (Cornelius) Connaghan. Cherished uncle of Katie and Erin Czyzewski; Annie and Mary Czyzewski; Kevin, Brian, Fiona, and Cara Connaghan; and the late Adam Czyzewski. Thom will also be missed by his canine companion Shiloah.

Visitation Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 3-8 pm. Funeral Service Friday, December 7, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Drive & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment private.
