Thomas P. Kula, age 82, passed away peacefully at home the morning of October 21 surrounded by his family after a courageous 16 month battle with Leukemia. Beloved husband for 58 years to Arlene, nee Balek. Loving father of Leanne Mieszala and Kimberle Czmiel. Cherished grandfather of Amanda and Christopher (fiancee Megan Booth) Mieszala and Nicole and Michael Czmiel. Dear brother of Sally (Joseph) Mantyck and the late Robert (Terry) Kula. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Retired from Pratt & Lambert Paints after many years of service. For 54 years Tom has been an original member of The Famous and Fabulous Ampol Aires Orchestra. His love for music earned him many awards.

Visitation Wednesday 3-9 pm. Funeral Thursday 9:15 a.m. from Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave., (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL, to St. Julie Billiart Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, Illinois.
