Doherty Family - Embarrassed and Saddened to say we were unaware of Chuck's passing until today. Another NCUA employee and I were wondering about him and googled. Shocked to hear he has passed. Bob Westhoff and I worked with Chuck for the National Credit Union Administration. He was my trainer and a co-worker with us both for many years. Attended our wedding. So many memories. I've shared this news with some of the other National Credit Union Administration employees. Gone, but will always be admired and never forgotten. Sympathies to the family he so loved. Debra Shields

We will miss the humorous phone calls and laughs we had through the years, and the annual camping trip to Ohio just won't be the same but will hopefully continue. We know you'll be there with us all the way...just like its always been.....

Uncle Chuck was one of the best! We have nothing but great memories.

Uncle Chuck will surely be missed. But I am sure he will visit Allegany every now and then. I'll walk with him when he is there.
