Arlene Beth Evenhouse, nee Visser, age 67, of Tinley Park, IL passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Richard Evenhouse. Loving mother of Ryan (Kristen) Evenhouse, Steven (Lori) Evenhouse and Asheley (Tom) Derouin. Proud grandmother of Henry, Evelyn, and Bentley. Dear sister of Sharlotte (Glenn) Smits, late Simon (Arlene) Visser, Mervin (Sharon) Visser, late Alan (Maridel) Visser, late Janis (Robert) Iwema, and the late Carol (David) Rozema. Kind Aunt to several nieces and nephew and friend to many. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Also preceded in death by her parents Simon and Jennie Visser, nee DeJong.

Arlene was an O.R. nurse at Palos Community Hospital. Memorial contributions may be given to Elim Christian Services, Bethany Christian Services, or the American Cancer Society.
