Eric Andrew Petraitis, PFC Combat Medic Specialist, U.S. Army, age 26, passed away suddenly on March 20, 2017 at Ft. Campbell, KY Army Base. Beloved son of Carol (nee Johnson) and Paul Petraitis. Loving brother of Adam. Cherished grandson of Sharon and the late Leonard Petraitis and the late Shirley and Bruce Johnson. Adored nephew of Debby Johnson (Gary Kwiatkowski), Nancy (Kevin) Wood, John Petraitis and the late Nancy (John) Bikfasy. Dearest cousin and friend of many.

Visitation Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Greenstone United Methodist Church, 11211 S. St. Lawrence Ave., Chicago, IL 60628 from 1-4 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 4:00 p.m. Military Honors to be rendered following the service.
