William E. Lubben, age 96, WWII U.S. Navy Veteran. Beloved husband for 67 years to the late Rita H., nee Mueller. Loving father of William C. (Joan) Lubben, Patricia Lewinthal, and the late Kathleen L. Lubben. Dear grandfather of Mark . Fond brother of Kenneth (the late Marlene) Lubben and the late LaVerne (the late Richard) Posch. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired in 1982 from Illinois Bell after 36 years of service. Long-time member of the Telephone Pioneers. Visitation Monday, January 2, 2017 from 3-7 p.m. at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Visitation continues Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Marian Village, 15624 Marian Drive, Homer Glen, IL 60491 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. Interment private, St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
