My heart aches at that loss of my dear friend Amy E! Amy was an intelligent, driven, beautiful woman, wife and mom who we have lost far too soon. I met Amy at NIU over 20 years ago when we were both in the Accounting program. She constantly recounted the day that I introduced myself to her while she was studying in the Husky lounge. Amy loved teasing me about that day! But I didn't mind, because had I not taken that chance, we would not become friends, roommates and I would have had missed Amy being a part of my life. I will always cherish my friendship with Amy. She was a great friend and a good listener. Amy always shared her advice and was never afraid to speak to me truthfully. I always appreciated her honesty and candor. I will forever miss her at our girls' lunches and annual NIU reunions.
My prayers go out to Anthony, Allison and Amy's family that they can find peace in their hearts. My prayers go out to Amy that she can be at peace in heaven and no longer suffering.
I will always cherish my friendship with Amy and she will always be in my heart, my thoughts and my prayers.
Amy ~ I will forever miss you and love you.
xoxo M
