Condolence From: Jennifer Hurd (Jager)
Condolence: Auntie Gerda was the sweetest, kindest and most loving great aunt a person could ask for. All of my memories of her are positive ones of hugs and love and smiles. She had a heart of gold and was always doing things for other people. Even now when I see her in my mind she is smiling standing alongside of Grandma and Grandpa Jager. I love you so much Auntie Gerda!!!

Condolence From: Lynn & Raymond Hendrickson
Condolence: We have been blessed to know & fellowship with Gerda over the past 10 or more years, as she is our son - in - law's "Aunt Gerda" >>> Gerrit Jager, Jr. & wife Susan (née Hendrickson) ~~ She was a loving, caring, & special lady ~ blessed to live 90 years..! She went thru many sorrows in her lifetime ~~ We especially remember attending the Wake for her son at Colonial Chapel, several years back, who was only in his 50s... We pray that those who remain & mourn her home-going "will know the peace, comfort, & strength that only God can give.." JOHN 14:27 ~ Holy Bible
Our Sympathy & Prayers for all of you at this time ~~
Love, (Mr. & Mrs.) Raymond & Lynn Hendrickson

Condolence From: Joann Pierce
Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss, Aunty Gerda is a special woman and both she, your dad and family hold a special place in our family's heart.

She is now in heaven with all that have passed before us and probably playing cards or chatting with my mom & Dad.

I would call her occasionally and just the other day said I needed to call her again, she will always be in my heart
