Jeanette G.  Henke (Homan)
Jeanette G. Henke, nee Homan, age 69, beloved wife for 52 years to Kenneth Henke, Sr. Loving mother of Laura Daray and Kenneth Jr. (Tami) Henke. Cherished grandmother of Kyle and Katie Henke; Louis and Matthew Daray. Dearest sister of Cobe (late Edward) Halverson and the late Martin (late Beverly) Homan and the late Martha (Kenneth) Coppage. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dear friend to many including the late Sharon Domas. Jeanette was a store manager for Wieboldt's Department Store. She then went on to get her teaching degree from Governors State University and her Master's Degree from Saint Xavier University. Jeanette taught and was also a reading specialist in Blue Island District 130 for 22 years. Visitation Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 3-9 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Monday, November 23, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Church, 16100 S. 104th Ave., Orland Park, IL 60467. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Food Pantry at Calvary Church appreciated.
