Willard H. "Bill" Van Eck, Sr., age 98, beloved husband of the late Ann, nee Vos (1998). Loving father of Roy (Cheryl) and the late Willard, Jr. (Ruth). Cherished grandfather of Julie (Michael) Ticsay, James (Cheri), Jeffrey (Julie), Kevin, and Jorie (fiancé Elliott Bass). Dearest great-grandfather of Morgan, Jacob, Jacqueline; Vivian, Vincent, Vaughn; Lukas and Ian. Fond brother of Theresa Mak, Herman and the late Minard and Johanna.
