Condolence: Mrs. Herman was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her dedication to her family and community was unequaled. We enjoyed our visits with her, especially on all of those election days. I can still see the sparkle in her eyes and her warm smile. She was one of my favorites. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joan and her family during this time of remembrance.....and always.
