Condolence: Dear Herman Family: What a gem Joan was! I had the pleasure of serving as the attorney for Orland Township while Joan was on the Township Board. Condolence: Mrs. Herman was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her dedication to her family and community was unequaled. We enjoyed our visits with her, especially on all of those election days.
