Bedtime stories

When I was little Grandma would tell me bedtime stories every night. We would make them up as we went along and the next night we would pick up where we left off. Our stories always centered around a vegetable salesman who would sell his vegetables out of the back of his wagon, pulled by his trusted horse. Along the route the man and his horse met a dog who then would join them every day on their route. I don't remember many of the story details other than the man, the wagon, the horse, and the dog, but it's one of my favorite memories of Grandma!
